The Classroom: Simpson Bay Resort and Marina

Classroom Location: AEI’s St. Maarten classroom is located at Simpson Bay Resort and Marina in unit C11B of The Caladium Building. Ideally positioned on the beach within easy access to some of the islands most popular dining and nightlife spots, The resort has undergone extensive renovations in the last years, offering stylish and comfortably designed fully furnished studios, 1 and 2 bedroom accommodations to fit your and your family's needs. Simpson Bay Resort sets the perfect scene for a relaxing vacation experience.

Directions:

Driving:
  • If you're driving East from Welfare Road turn left onto Billy Folly Road (Burger King on the right corner)
  • Proceed along Billy Folly Road past The Atrium and Buccaneers Beach Bar to the entrance to The Villas buliding at Simpson Bay Resort.
  • Proceed until you see the Bon Appetite restaurant sign then turn left and follow the road through the security gate and on to the parking lot area located next to the tennis court where you’ll see a sign reading “Caladium Building” and “Croton Building”.
  • The AEI classroom is hosted in unit C11B of The Caladium Buliding.
Walking (From the Motor Lobby) :While a bellman at the Lobby will be happy to take you to the conference room you may use the directions below if you'd perfer to walk:
  • From the Motor lobby turn right and walk down Billy Folly Road.
  • Turn left by L'isola restaurant and follow the road in front of the Hollywood Casino.
  • Pass through the security gate and continue walking to the parking lot area next to the tennis court where you'll see a sign reading "Caladium Building" and "Croton Building"
  • The AEI classroom is hosted in unit C11B of the Caladium Building.
